Change management and conflict resolution
This area of work involves working with individual policy making, planning,
commissioning and delivery organisations, partnerships or consortia.
Its focus is working through how clients can respond effectively to
change agendas driven by Government policies and/or commercial imperatives.
In these sessions we recognise that change can prompt defensive reactions
and behaviours that undermine the health of an organisation - and the
chances of its survival. These reactions can be demonstrated by organisations
singly or in groups or by individuals within an organisation.
Our approach is to create a confidential environment in which people
can speak openly about their misgivings, scepticism and anger, recognise
the non-negotiable elements of the situations they find themselves in,
and then channel their energy into moving forward.
Moving forward in a way that people feel has integrity and that they
can buy into can take several facilitiated sessions, allowing for periods
of reflection and agreed actions in between.
