Board & Senior Management Team development

We work with a wide range of Boards helping directors and their executive teams to understand the non-negotiable imperatives to which their organisation needs to respond if they're to continue to prosper, the options open an the leadership roles, skills and developments that taking an option will involve.

These sessions often form part of a Board's or Senior Management Team’s approach to strategic planning and management and, as such, are held one or more times a year over a number of years. Prompted by these sessions, when requested we are happy to provide on-going leadership coaching, staff mentoring and capacity building support.
