Mark specialises in the leadership and facilitation of organisational
change and business performance improvement strategies and implementation
projects.
His consultancy experience covers both the public and private sectors
and has included the facilitation of collaborative partnerships to support
performance improvement; strategy development and project management
to support the implementation of public policy and programmes and organisational
strategy development to respond to local regeneration priorities. He
has also facilitated strategic asset management improvement projects
in the manufacturing sector.
Prior to this Mark's broad functional experience has been gained from
management roles in private sector manufacturing companies which included
leading and facilitating diverse, multi-discipline, multi-culture teams
in the UK and Continental Europe.
He is also a certified assessor of the EFQM Excellence Model
