Some Upcoming and Recent Projects

July 2008 - ongoing

Working with DIUS & COI to develop a national framework for funding ESOL provision. This work has included test bedding with a number of Local Authorities a matrix approach for prioritising, planning and funding ESOL provision in a way that is responsive to the needs of different groups, encourages individual progression and integration, and is aligned to local regeneration and economic development strategies.

 

July 2008 - ongoing

Working with SE Agencies (SEEDA, Jobcentre Plus, LSC), Local Authorities and other key partners to develop a strategic and operational approach to delivering integrated employment and skills provision.

 

Sept 2008 - ongoing

Working with LSC London providing consultancy support for 15 colleges to enable them to respond to the employability agenda more effectively. Work with Skills for Jobs providers, local authorities, LSC, JCP and RDA to develop collaborative approaches.

 

2007 - 2008

Supporting the development of an implementation mechanism for London Skills and Employment Board’s Skills & Employment Strategy.
