Jo Hudek is both a Partner in Open Agenda and Director of JH Consulting, specialises in strategic development work with bodies such as the Learning & Skills Council and London Development Agency. She also works with more locally based agencies, learning providers and community-based organisations. This breadth of approach enables her to help ‘bridge the gap’ between strategy and delivery. Jo also has particular expertise in supporting the development of effective partnerships and collaborative approaches, as well as the use of formative evaluation to support sound strategic planning.
