Working with the Dept. of Innovation, Universities and Skills and Central office of Information to develop a framework and tools for commissioning, planning, delivering and accounting for provision of English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL)

Drawing on work in London, developing an integrated approach to commissioning, procuring, managing and delivering new integrated approaches to the delivery of employment and skills in the South East. Working with SEEDA, the LSC and Jobcentre Plus and their providers to bring about radical change in both strategic thinking and operational behaviours.

Across the South East, developing and brokering new delivery partnerships between FE colleges and between private training providers to boost delivery of Train to Gain within the context of drawing on the strengths of individual partners, identifying and capturing market advantage through joint working, and bringing about organisational change where needed.
